Hadith 20199
٢٠١٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو داود عن حبيب عن عمرو عن عكرمة أنه قال: لو لم يبق من عدتها إلا يوم واحد ثم مات؛ ورثته واستأنفت عدة المتوفى عنها.
Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if only one day of the waiting period (iddah) remains and the husband dies, then the woman will become an heir and she will observe a new waiting period (iddah) from the beginning, whose husband has passed away.
