Hadith 20153
٢٠١٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا سهل بن يوسف عن حميد عن بكر (أن) (١) خالد بن عبد اللَّه سأل الحسن عن رجل طلى امرأته ثلاثًا في مرضه، فمات وقد انقضت عدتها، قال: ترث.
Hazrat Khalid bin Abdullah (may Allah have mercy on him) asked Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) that if a person, during his terminal illness, gives his wife three divorces, will she have a share in his inheritance? He replied that she will be an heir.
