Hadith 20114
٢٠١١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو معاوية (عن الأعمش) (١) عن إبراهيم عن علقمة أنه طلق امرأته تطليقة أو تطليقتين، فحاضت حيضة أو حيضتين في (ستة) (٢) عشر شهرًا (أو سبعة عشر شهرًا) (٣)، ثم لم تحض الثالثة حتى ماتت، (فأتى) (٤) عبد اللَّه فذكر ذلك له فقال عبد اللَّه: حبس اللَّه عليك ميراثها، (وورّثه) (٥) منها (٦).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Alqamah gave his wife one or two divorces. Then, in sixteen or seventeen months, the woman experienced one or two menstrual cycles, but the third cycle did not occur before she passed away. Alqamah went to Abdullah and asked him about this matter. Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Allah has withheld her inheritance for you." Then Abdullah declared him to be her heir.
