Hadith 20079
٢٠٠٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن سفيان عن حبيب عن عطاء عن ابن عباس (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both, may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Jabir (may Allah have mercy on him) state that if a pregnant woman’s husband passes away, she will not receive maintenance; rather, her expenses will be covered from her share of inheritance.
