Hadith 20059
٢٠٠٥٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري عن سعيد قال: إذا طلق الرجل امرأته تطليقة فإنه يستأذن عليها، وتلبس ما شاءت من الثياب و (الحلي) (١)؛ فإن لم يكن لهما إلا بيت واحد (فليجعلا) (٢) بينهما سترًا ويسلم إذا دخل.
Hazrat Saeed (may Allah have mercy on him) says that when a man has given his wife one divorce, he should seek permission before coming to her. However, the woman may use whatever clothes and jewelry she wishes. If both of them have only one room, then a curtain should be placed between them, and the man should greet (with salam) before coming in.
