Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man goes to his wife at the time when she is about to perform ghusl after becoming pure from her third menstruation, and he says to her, "I have taken you back," and the woman says, "You are lying, you are lying," and pours water over her head, even then that man will have more right to that woman.
