Hadith 19987
١٩٩٨٧ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن جعفر عن أبيه عن علي وابن عباس قالا: هو أحق بها ما لم تغتسل من حيضتها الثالثة] (١) (٢).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) say that after giving divorce, a man has the right to take his wife back until the woman has not performed the ritual bath after her third menstruation.
