١٩٩٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يحيى بن سعيد عن سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل طلق امرأته فحاضت حيضة أو حيضتين وتزوجت في عدتها فانقضت عدتها عند زوجها (فقال) (١): بانت منه بتطليقة.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man gives his wife one divorce and she experiences one or two menstrual cycles, then during her waiting period she marries someone else, and her waiting period with the second husband is completed, then she will become separated (bainah) from the first husband with one divorce.
