Hadith 19923
١٩٩٢٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا علي بن مسهر عن يحيى بن سعيد عن القاسم (أن) (١) يحيى بن سعيد بن العاص طلق امرأته بنت عبد الرحمن بن (أم) (٢) الحكم فانطلقت إلى أهلها فأرسلت عائشة إلى مروان: اتق اللَّه ورد المرأة إلى بيتها فقال مروان: (إن) (٣) عبد الرحمن غلبني (٤).
Hazrat Qasim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Yahya bin Sa'id bin 'As (may Allah have mercy on him) divorced his wife (the daughter of Abdur Rahman bin Hakam, may Allah have mercy on him). She went to her family's home. Upon this, Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) sent a message to Marwan, saying: "Fear Allah and send the woman back to her husband's house." Marwan said: "Abdur Rahman (may Allah have mercy on him) has prevailed over me."
