Hadith 19901
١٩٩٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا شبابة عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا عن الرجل يتزوج النصرانية (فقالا) (١): (قسمتهما) (٢) سواء.
Hazrat Sha’bah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) that if a person marries a Christian woman, then (while having a Muslim wife, what is the ruling regarding equality and division between the two)? They replied that he will maintain equality in division between both of them.
