Hadith 19898
١٩٨٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن عبيدة عن إبراهيم قال: طلاق اليهودية والنصرانية طلاق الحرة، و (عدتها) (١) عدة الحرة، ويقسم (لها) (٢) كما يقسم للحرة.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the divorce of a Christian and Jewish woman is like the divorce of a Muslim woman, and their waiting period (‘iddah) is also like that of a free Muslim woman. And the division between them will also be done like that of a free woman.
