Hadith 19890
١٩٨٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن إسماعيل عن الحسن قال: إذا ارتد الرجل عن الإسلام فقد بانخا منه امرأته بتطليقة بائنة، فليس (له) (١) عليها سبيل إن رجع، وتعتد عدة المطلقة.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a person becomes an apostate, his wife will receive one irrevocable divorce. He will not have the right to return to his wife, and the woman will observe the waiting period (iddah) of a divorced woman.
