ما قالوا في المرتد عن الإسلام؟ أعلى امرأته عدة؟Is the Apostate's Wife Obliged to Observe a Waiting Period?
Hadith 19889
١٩٨٨٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن أشعث عن الشعبي والحكم قالا في الرجل المسلم يرتد عن الإسلام ويلحق بأرض العدو، قالا: تعتد (امرأته) (١) ثلاثة قروء إن كانت تحيض، وإن كانت لا تحيض فثلاثة أشهر، وإن كانت (حاملٌ أن تضع) (٢) حملها ثم تزوج إن شاءت، وإن هو رجع (فتاب) (٣) قبل أن تنقضي عدتها (يثبتان) (٤) على نكاحهما.
Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a Muslim becomes an apostate and goes to the land of the disbelievers, then his wife, if she menstruates, will observe an ‘iddah of three menstrual cycles, and if she does not menstruate, then three months. If she is pregnant, her ‘iddah is until childbirth. After that, she may marry if she wishes. If her husband returns and repents before the completion of the ‘iddah, their marriage will remain intact.
