ما قالوا في الرجل تحته الأمة فيطلقها تطليقة ثم تعتق﴾If a Man Divorces His Slave Wife and Then Frees Her, What Is the Ruling on Her Waiting Period?
Hadith 19867
١٩٨٦٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه قال: إذا طلق الرجل امرأته وهي أمة تطليقة ثم أعتقت في العدة فعدتها عدة (حرة) (١) وإذا ⦗٣٦٠⦘ طلقها تطليقتين، ثم أعتقت قال: (لا) (٢) يتزوجها حتى (تتزوج) (٣) زوجًا غيره وعدتها عدة (أمة) (٤).
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when a man gives one divorce to his wife who was a slave woman, and then during her waiting period (iddah) she is set free, she will observe the waiting period of a free woman. And when he gives her two divorces and then she is set free, he cannot marry her again until she marries another man. Her waiting period will be that of a slave woman.
