Hadith 19759
١٩٧٥٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: الحر إذا كانت تحته الأمة فطلقها فإن عليه النفقة حتى تضع، وليس عليه أجر الرضاع.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a slave woman is in the marriage of a free man and he divorces her, then maintenance is obligatory upon him until the birth of the child, and the wages for breastfeeding will not be obligatory upon him.
