Hadith 19758
١٩٧٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حفص عن أشعث عن الحكم قال: إذا طلق العبد امرأته وهي (حرة) (١) أنفق عليها حتى تضع، فإذا وضعت لم ينفق عليها.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a slave divorces his free wife, then maintenance will remain obligatory on him until the birth of the child; after the birth of the child, maintenance will no longer be obligatory.
