Hadith 19757
١٩٧٥٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الرحمن بن محمد المحاربي عن الشيباني عن الشعبي في العبد يطلق امرأته وهي حامل قال: (عليه) (١) النفقة حتى تضع.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a slave divorces his wife while she is pregnant, then it will be obligatory for him to provide maintenance for the woman until the child is born.
