Hadith 19756
١٩٧٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في الحرة تحت العبد، والأمة تحت الحر: يطلقان وهما حاملان، لهما النفقة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a free woman is married to a slave, or a slave woman is married to a free man, and in the case of their becoming pregnant they are divorced, then they will be entitled to maintenance.
