Hadith 19746
١٩٧٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن المبارك عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: لها النفقة إلا أن يشترط عليها.
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that a woman who obtains khula will receive maintenance, however, if she has accepted the condition of not receiving it, then she will not receive it. Hazrat Tawus says that she will receive maintenance. Hazrat Amr bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on him) says that she will receive maintenance. A man will spend on his children.
