Hadith 19738
١٩٧٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حاتم عن هشام عن أبيه في الرجل يطلق امرأته البتة قال: لا نفقة لها إلا أن تكون حبلى، فينفق عليها حتى تضع حملها.
Hazrat Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man gives his wife a final divorce, the woman will not receive maintenance, but if she is pregnant, she will receive maintenance until the child is born.
