Hadith 19737
١٩٧٣٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن عليه عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: إذا طلق الرجل امرأته ثلاثًا وهي حامل؛ فلها عليه النفقة، حرة كانت أو أمة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that when a man gives his wife three divorces while she is pregnant, the woman’s maintenance will be obligatory upon the man, whether she is free or a slave.
