Hadith 19715
١٩٧١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حفص بن غياث ومحمد بن فضيل عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن الأسود عن عمر قال: (١) لا (نجيز) (٢) قول المرأة في دين اللَّه، المطلقة ثلاثًا لها السكنى والنفقة (٣).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that we do not implement a woman's statement in the religion of Allah (this is an allusion to the statement of Hazrat Fatimah bint Qais). For a woman who has been given three divorces, it is obligatory upon the husband to provide residence and maintenance. Hazrat Ibn Fudayl (may Allah have mercy on him) has added in his narration that Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that there is no good for a woman in mentioning this matter.
