Hadith 19709
١٩٧٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري في رجل تزوج امرأة فعاسره أهلها فحلف أن لا يبني بها، قال الزهري: لا إيلاء (إلا) (١) بعد دخول.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man marries a woman and then the woman's family troubles the man, so he swears that he will not have intercourse with his wife, then this is not Ilaa, because Ilaa takes place after consummation.
