Hadith 19708
١٩٧٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن عليه عن هشام الدستوائي عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: للمطلقة ثلاثًا (والمولى) (١) عنها والمختلعة والملاعنة وهن حوامل: لهن النفقة، إلا أن يشترط ذلك على المختلعة.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that a woman who has been given three divorces, or has been subjected to ila’, or has taken khul‘, or has undergone li‘an, if all of them are pregnant, then their maintenance is obligatory upon the husband. However, if the woman who has taken khul‘ has agreed not to take maintenance, then maintenance is not obligatory.
