Hadith 19707
١٩٧٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا إسماعيل بن عليه عن يونس عن الحسن أنه وإن يقول: للمطلقة ثلاثًا وهي حامل و (للمولى) (١) عنها وهي حامل: النفقة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that a woman who has been given three divorces and is pregnant, and a woman who has been subjected to ila’ and is pregnant, then maintenance (nafaqah) will be obligatory for her.
