Hadith 19706
١٩٧٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يعلي بن عبيد عن عبد الملك عن عطاء قال: لا تعتد من زوجها إذا أراد أن يتزوجها ولكن تعتد من الناس ثلاثة قروء.
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if the husband of a woman who has undergone ila wishes to marry her, there is no need for her to observe the waiting period (‘iddah), but if someone else wishes to marry her, she must observe the waiting period of three menstrual cycles.
