Hadith 19673
١٩٦٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن الشعبي قال: هما كفرسي رهان، أيهما سبق أخذت به، وإن وقعا جميعًا أخذت (بهما) (١).
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that divorce and ila are like two racing horses; whichever occurs first will be considered, and if both occur together, then both will be considered.
