Hadith 19672
١٩٦٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا آلى ثم طلق، أو طلق ثم إلى هدم الطلاق الإيلاء.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person makes ila’ (oath of abstinence) from his wife and then divorces her, or divorces her and then makes ila’, the divorce will terminate the ila’.
