Hadith 19665
١٩٦٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا إسماعيل بن عليه عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول في الإيلاء من الأمة: (إذا) (١) مضى شهران ولم يفيء زوجها فقد وقع الإيلاء.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that if a person has a slave woman in his marriage and he performs ila’ (oath of abstinence) from her, then after two months have passed, the ila’ will take effect.
