Hadith 19655
١٩٦٥٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن مقسم عن ابن عباس قال: عزيمة الطلاق انقضاء أربعة أشهر، والفيء الجماع (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says that the confirmation of the intention of divorce is the passing of four months, and the way to end the oath of Ila is intercourse.
