Hadith 19644
١٩٦٤٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن ومحمد قالا: إذا آلى الرجل من امرأته شهرا، ثم تركها حتى تمضي أربعة أشهر (إنها) (١) تطليقة بائنة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) and Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a person makes ila (an oath of abstinence) from his wife for one month, and then four months pass, then one irrevocable divorce (talaq bain) takes place.
