Hadith 19642
١٩٦٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا زيد بن الحباب عن سفيان عن جابر عن ⦗٣١١⦘ الشعبي في رجل حلف أن لا يقرب امرأته (ثلاثة) (١) أشهر (٢) فتركها حتى مضت أربعة أشهر قال: لا يكون (موليًا) (٣).
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man swears that he will not go near his wife for three months and keeps away from her, and four months pass, then this will not be considered Ilaa.
