١٩٦٤٠ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: أخبرنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ليث عن طاوس.
Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if an oath is taken to stay away from the wife for less than four months, then this is not Ilaa.
