Hadith 19638
١٩٦٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا علي بن مسهر عن سعيد عن عامر الأحول عن عطاء عن ابن عباس (قال) (١): إذا آلى من امرأته شهرًا أو شهرين أو ثلاثة، -ما (لم) (٢) يبلغ الحد- فليس بإيلاء (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that when a man makes an oath of abstention (ila) from his wife for one month, two months, or three months, that is, for a period that does not reach the limit of four months, then this is not considered ila.
