Hadith 19635
١٩٦٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا الثقفي عن برد عن مكحول قال: إذا آلى الرجل من امرأته فمضت أربعة أشهر، فهي (تطليقة) (١)، وتستقبل العدة.
Hazrat Mak'hool (may Allah have mercy on him) says that when a man makes *ila* (oath of abstinence) from his wife and four months pass, then one divorce takes place and she will observe the waiting period (*iddah*) afresh.
