Hadith 19634
١٩٦٣٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم وحماد قالا: إذا آلى الرجل من امرأته فمضت أربعة أشهر، فإنها تعتد بعد ذلك (ثلاثة) (١) أشهر إذا كانت لا تحيض.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) say that when a man has taken an oath of abstinence (ila) from his wife and four months have passed, then if she does not menstruate, she will observe a waiting period ('iddah) of three months.
