١٩٦٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حفص عن حجاج عن الحكم عن مقسم عن ابن عباس (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) and Hazrat Ibn Hanafiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) state that when four months pass in Ila, then this is one irrevocable divorce, and the woman will be required to observe the waiting period of three menstrual cycles.
