Hadith 19580
١٩٥٨٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا كثير بن هشام عن جعفر (عن) (١) ميمون في المختلعة إذا قبل (٢) زوجها الفدية ثم خطبها بعد ذلك قال: يتزوجها ويسمي لها صداقا فإن طلقها قبل أن يدخل بها فلها نصف الصداق.
Hazrat Maymun, may Allah have mercy on him, says that if a man took compensation for khula from his wife, then sent her a marriage proposal and married her, and fixed a dowry, then divorced her before consummation, the woman will receive half the dowry. Hazrat Jafar, may Allah have mercy on him, says that apart from Hazrat Maymun, other scholars also say that she will receive half the dowry.
