Hadith 19578
١٩٥٧٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبدة بن سليمان ومحمد بن سواء عن ابن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن عكرمة والحسن قالا: إذا خلعها ثم (تزوجها) (١) في عدتها ثم (طلقها) (٢) قبل أن يدخل (بها) (٣) فلها نصف الصداق، و (تكمل) (٤) ما بقي عليها من العدة.
Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a man granted khula to his wife and then married her again during her waiting period (‘iddah), and then divorced her before consummation, the woman will receive the full dower (mahr) and she will complete the remainder of her waiting period.
