Hadith 19577
١٩٥٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن سئل عن رجل آلى من امرأته فبانت منه، ثم تزوجها في عدتها ثم طلقها قبل أن يدخل بها قال: (لها) (١) نصف الصداق، (وليس) (٢) عليها عدة.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If a man makes ila’ (an oath of abstinence) from his wife, she separates from him, and during her ‘iddah he marries her, and before consummation he divorces her, what is the ruling? He replied: The woman will receive half the dowry and there will be no ‘iddah upon her.
