١٩٥٧٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن علية عن داود بن أبي هند عن الشعبي في المرأة تبين من زوجها بتطليقة أو تطليقتين ثم يتزوجها ثم يطلقها قبل أن يدخل بها قال: لها نصف الصداق.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a woman becomes separated from her husband through one or two divorces (ba'inah), and then the man marries the same woman again and then divorces her without consummation, the woman will receive half the dowry.
