Hadith 19560
١٩٥٦٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا فكرها أن يأخذ منها أكثر مما أعطاها.
Hazrat Sha’bah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) about this matter, so both of them said that it is not permissible to take more compensation for khul‘ than the mahr.
