Hadith 19557
١٩٥٥٧ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي (عن الزهري) (١) وعطاء وعمرو بن شعيب قالوا: لا يأخذ منها (إلا ما أعطاها زوجها) (٢)] (٣).
Hazrat Zuhri, Hazrat Ata, and Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib (s) state that it is not permissible to take more compensation than the dowry when granting khula to a woman.
