Hadith 19556
١٩٥٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا محمد بن يزيد عن سفيان (بن) (١) حسين (عن) (٢) الزهري والحسن (قالا) (٣): لا يأخذ منها أكثر مما أعطاها.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) say that it is not permissible to take more compensation than the dowry when granting khula to a woman.
