Hadith 19554
١٩٥٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن مبارك عن يحيى بن بشر عن عكرمة قال: لا يأخذ منها أكثر مما أعطاها [فإن أخذ؛ ردّ عليها.
Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that it is not permissible to take more compensation than the dowry (mahr) when granting khula to a woman; if more is taken, it must be returned.
