Hadith 19551
١٩٥٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حفص عن ليث عن الحكم عن علي قال: لا يأخذ منها أكثر مما أعطاها (١).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that it is not permissible to take more compensation than the dowry (mahr) when granting khula to a woman.
