Hadith 19546
١٩٥٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبدة عن سعيد عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم قال: (إذا) (١) (خلعها) (٢) ثم ندما وهي في عدتها لم (ترجع) (٣) إليه إلا بخطبة.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that when a man divorces a woman through khul‘, and then both regret it while the woman is still in her ‘iddah, he cannot take her back without a new marriage proposal.
