Hadith 19544
١٩٥٤٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن مغيرة عن عامر وعن إبراهيم قالا: إذا طلق الرجل امرأته واحدة على جُعل فلا يملك (الرجعة) (١) وهو خاطب من الخطّاب.
Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) say that when a man gives his wife one divorce in exchange for some compensation, he does not have the right to take her back; rather, he will have to send a marriage proposal.
