Hadith 1952
١٩٥٢ - حدثنا هشيم قال: أخبرنا منصور، ويونس عن الحسن، أنه كان يقول في المسح على الخفين: امسح عليهما، ولا تجعل لذلك وقتا إلا من جنابة.
He used to say regarding wiping over the socks: Wipe over them, and except for the state of major impurity (janabah), there is no fixed time for them.
