Hadith 19511
١٩٥١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد اللَّه بن مبارك عن الحسن بن يحيى عن الضحاك قال: اختلف ابن مسعود وابن عباس في الرجل يخلع امرأته ثم يطلقها قال أحدهما: ليس طلاقه بشيء، وقال الآخر: ما دامت في العدة فإن الطلاق يلحقها (١).
Hazrat Dhahak (may Allah have mercy on him) says that regarding divorce after khula, there is a difference of opinion between Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both). One says that this divorce has no validity, while the other says that divorce will be effective during the waiting period (iddah).
